Law enforcement needs to be held accountable when they lie and cheat
to
send the wrong person to prison. But it won't happen this year. The following bill has been gutted by its sponsors in order to make
room
for a bill that extends the deadline for DNA testing for prisoners
claiming
innocence - this is a good thing, but it is disappointing that the
bill
described below won't also be considered.

when
law enforcement railroads the wrong person is that the real criminals
are
still free to kill again!
