Tampa Protests at G. W. Bush Rally

On 22 September 2000, America's most famous Serial Killer/presidential candidate made a campaign swing through Florida. Tampa abolitionists were joined by others who had come to town for the next day's "Death Penalty Institute," including Trisha Kendall of Moratorium Now! and George White of Journey of Hope ...From Violence to Healing, inc..  Hastily asked to move off the "private" property where the rally was to take place, the demonstrators positioned themselves where everyone going into or out of the rally site had to drive by.  And so, below are photos from one more day on the campaign trail....  For details on Bush's Death Penalty record, visit: http://www.cuadp.org/bush.html
