4:30—Final Remarks

Almost 30 years ago, Miami First Church of the Brethren lost its beloved minister, Bill Bosler, to a violent crime. His daughter SueZann Bosler was also attacked and survived. The Church of the Brethren believes strongly that ALL life is sacred and opposes the death penalty. The Church of the Brethren and the Bosler Family have remained steadfast in their opposition to the death penalty throughout the past 30 years. You will hear Bill Bosler’s story through SueZann Bosler, as part of this symposium.

This event is in memory of Bill Bosler.

The focus of this symposium is:

  •   To hear the account of those who have a personal experience with the death penalty;
  •   To have an opportunity to explore current laws, facts and information;
  •   And to enable participants to have a number of ways of joining in the journey to end the death penalty.
