Governor Rick Scott has ordered the execution of Chad Banks for Thursday, November 13 at 6pm ET. Chad Banks is to be killed in revenge for the killing of Melody Cooper 22 years ago. Vigils and Protests will take place throughout Florida around the scheduled date and time of the execution.
