Governor DeSantis has signed the sixth death warrant in Florida this year, and has set an execution date for Michael Duane Zack, III. Mr. Zack is scheduled to be executed on Tuesday, October 3, at 6 pm. If the execution proceeds, it will be Florida’s sixth since late February.
