3 Exonerations in Ohio…after 39 years

This week in Ohio, three men who were sentenced to death 39 years ago were exonerated. All charges were dropped for Ricky Jackson, Wiley Bridgeman, and his brother Kwame Ajamu for a murder that occurred in 1975. Wiley once came within 20 days of being executed. Judge Richard McMonagle, who dismissed the charges against Jackson, said, “Life is filled with small victories, and this is a big one.” Read more here.
