The Florida Moratorium Walk for a Time-Out on Executions was completed on January 31, 2002, with the delivery of more than 20,000 petitions to the office of Florida Governor Jeb! Bush. On the left, the walkers fill the hallway leading to the office of the Governor. On the right, exonerated Florida death row survivors (L to R) David Keaton, Brad Scott and Delbert Tibbs deliver the petitions. For a full report, click here!
