Gov. DeSantis Signs Relief Bill for Clifford Williams, Exonerated FL Death Row Survivor

During the 2020 session, the Florida legislature unanimously approved a relief bill to help compensate Clifford Willams, who spent 43 years in prison and Death Row for a crime someone else committed. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed that bill into law today.
