Halt Florida Executions!

January 29, 2018 by Mark Elliott

Governor Scott has ordered the execution of Eric Branch for Thursday, February 22nd at 6pm ET. Branch was sentenced to death in 1994 after being convicted of killing Susan Morris.

Please contact Gov. Rick Scott now with the new direct action tool developed in partnership with Equal Justice USA.

Gov. Scott had been ordering a new execution every month before the U.S. Supreme Court essentially halted Florida executions by ruling Florida’s death sentencing scheme unconstitutional. It looks like Scott is now back on track ordering monthly executions. This would be the 27th execution ordered by Gov. Scott, a new record for a Florida governor. Please click on our FADP/EJUSA Take Action

Please support the statewide organized grassroots effort to end executions in Florida. Make your much needed and appreciated donation today. Monthly donations in any amount are especially helpful and needed.

Please share this message with others. Only with your help can the work be done and progress made.
