Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2024

January 15, 2024 by FADP

Today, on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, we remember him and his incredible legacy of nonviolence. We at FADP recognize that the death penalty is deeply rooted in racism and is a form of modern-day lynching. We will honor leaders like Dr. King by continuing to advocate for nonviolence every day through our work to end the death penalty in Florida and beyond. Join us today

This quote is from Dr. King’s sermon Loving Your Enemies.
