We are happy to announce that Dr. Laura Finley, FADP Board Member, will join in the Saturday, January 13th event in Miami along with FADP Director, Mark Elliott. Please come and meet her.
Laura Finley is Associate Professor of Sociology & Criminology at Barry University. She is author, co-author, or editor of twenty books and numerous book chapters and journal articles. Dr. Finley is also a syndicated columnist with PeaceVoice. In addition, Dr. Finley is actively involved with a number of peace, justice and human rights organizations. She is Board Chair of No More Tears, which assists victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, Vice President of the Board of the Humanity Project, a Board member of Floridians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty, and Co-Chair of the Board of the binational Peace and Justice Studies Association.
