TAKE ACTION! New Federal Execution Dates

November 21, 2020 by Mark Elliott

New Federal Execution Dates: November 19, the Federal Government executed Orlando Hall after a temporary Stay was lifted by the U.S. Supreme Court. Three new federal execution dates have been scheduled. Alfred Bourgeois – December 11, Cory Johnson – January 14, 2021 and Dustin Higgs – January 15, 2021 – five days before the new Administration takes office. These would make 13 executions since the 17 year pause on Federal executions ended in July 2020.

The Executive Branch ordered  Lisa Montgomery to be killed on December 8th. This would be the first federal execution of a woman in 67 years. December 10th, Brandon Bernard is to be killed.

Please TAKE ACTION NOW!
Call or write your U.S. Senator and your Member of Congress. Urge them to end the use of the federal death penalty.

CMN Petition to Stop the Execution of Lisa Montgomery. Sponsored by Catholic Mobilizing Network.

Please consider making an investment to continue the actions and progress made possible by your support.
