Another judge rules Florida’s death penalty unconstitutional

A second Florida Circuit Court Judge has ruled Florida’s new death sentencing law to be unconstitutional under the Hurst decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. Miami Judge rules Florida’s death penalty law unconstitutional
