Stephan Pineda

Community Organizer
FADP Headshot

Stephan began his professional career on the stage upon graduating with his BA from Nova Southeastern University. It was on the stage that he built an acting, directing and producing career centered around education and social justice. He used performance to spark reflection and dialogue on issues shaping communities.

That same passion for education carried him into the classroom, where he spent years advocating for and championing underprivileged students at the SEED School of Miami, Florida’s only tuition free, college preparatory boarding school. His impact was recognized with a Teacher of the Year award, and he went on to lead strategic initiatives at his school, working across admissions, development, and communications to advance its mission.

Stephan brings this extensive knowledge and experience in storytelling, education, and community building to his role as the Community Organizer at FADP, aiming to build momentum through innovation and an unyielding passion for helping others.
