Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a death warrant for Jesse Guardado, who was sentenced to death for the murder of Jackie Malone on September 13th, 2004, in Walton County. Jesse was a student at the infamous Dozier School of Boys, shuttered after evidence of severe abuse came to light. The execution is scheduled for November 11th at 6:00 PM.
Please sign this petition urging Governor DeSantis and the Florida Board of Executive Clemency to stop this execution and commute Jeese Guardado’s sentence to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
