Gov. DeSantis has signed a death warrant for Ricardo Gonzalez, setting his execution for December 1, 2026 at 6pm.  Mr. Gonzalez was sentenced to death by a non-unanimous jury vote for the 1992 murder of Officer Steven Bauer in Miami-Dade County.
