Clemente Aguirre, the 28th exonerated Florida Death Row survivor, spent 14 years behind bars, including more than a decade on Florida’s Death Row, for a crime he did not commit. House Bill 6523 “Relief of Clemente Aguirre-Jarquin“ by Rep.
