Wilbert Lee, who spent almost 10 years on Florida’s Death Row before being released and pardoned in 1975, has died. FL Execution of Jose Jimenez STAYED!!!

The Florida Supreme Court has unanimously issued a Stay of Execution for Jose Jimenez who was scheduled to be executed August 14. Legal briefs are due by August 28 and if oral arguments are needed, they will be scheduled for a later date.
